Who we are
This website is operated by Phanikumar Anne (Phani Kumar, CEA Reg. No. R067280F), a property salesperson with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3002382K). "We" in this policy means Phanikumar Anne.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a valuation, we collect what you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, and details about the property or requirements you describe. We also collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, to improve it.
How we use it
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a valuation you asked for, arrange viewings, and keep you informed about the transaction you are involved in. We will only send you marketing messages, such as market updates, if you have agreed to receive them, and we check the Do Not Call Registry where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed for your transaction or required by law: for example with the agency we are registered with, the other party's agent, lawyers, banks, or HDB. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period required by law or regulation, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
