Option to Purchase
Once terms are agreed, you grant the buyer an Option to Purchase. For HDB flats, you first register your intent to sell on the HDB Resale Portal.

Completion
Lawyers, or HDB for a resale flat, handle the transfer. Phanikumar stays with you until the keys are handed over.
